Wholesale FAQs

Are you looking to add handmade artisan natural skin care products and candles to your store? We are so glad you have found our small business and want to carry our plant-based essential oil products! We take great care in small batching every product, whether it is our vegan soaps, our best-selling cougar balm muscle rub, or our delightfully created crystal soy candles. 

We offer our Good Graces brand essential oil bath and body care to businesses and stores with active EINs and reseller permits. Please make sure to send us this info when emailing about your first order! 

Customers love our unique essential oil scent blends. If you have any questions, or want recommendations based on best-selling scent blends, we are happy to help!

  • Our Wholesale Pricing is for retail partners with a valid business license or reseller permit and reflects a 30% discount off of Suggested Retail Prices (SRP).
  • Order Minimum is $100
  • Only items listed on Good Graces current Wholesale Price List are available at wholesale pricing. There are some items listed on our website not available wholesale.
  • Custom displays and racks are available for some products.
  • Testers are available at 50% SRP.

Payment

Once your order quantities are finalized, we will email you an invoice through our Shopify store. Once payment has been submitted we will work on getting your items together and shipped off to you. If you are doing a local pickup, please wait until you have received confirmation that your items are ready. Soaps take a month or longer to cure.

Shipping

  • The Wholesale Customer is responsible for shipping costs, which will be added to the invoice. Pickup options are available and encouraged! Tracking information will be provided once shipped.
  • Generally packages will be shipped from Bellingham, WA using USPS.
  • Free shipping and other incentives shown on our website are for retail customers.

Lead time

  • We will keep you updated through email and happily provide you with a time estimate. Handmade soap does requires a month-long cure time, so depending on stock levels, the timeline could take between 1-4 weeks for soap. Our small business appreciates your patience and understanding!

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged goods claimed within 10 days of delivery receipt. Any fulfillment errors must be reported within 5 days of delivery receipt.
